Been searching around but couldn't find it, but is there a cap for fast cast or skill recharge? I know some weapons and offhands give 20% each so does that add up?

It adds up but not linearly.

For example, pretend you have 20% recharge mod on both wand and focus.

It's not a 40% chance for recharge, but rather a 20% + 20% x 80% = 36% chance for faster recharge.

Both recharges can stack so you also have a 4% chance (20% x 20%) for a super fast recharge.

Thx for the reply. So let me get this straight, recharge is x by 80 to equal the total recharge? What about fast cast?
